In the Full Moon Light

Let's Shelter Round The Fire

I grew up with storytellers who loved sitting out beneath the trees in wonder
Telling stories around the fire of realms long forgotten.

In these moments of memory
We taste the spark of moonlight
Piercing the veils between the world's dimensions
Bursting in scattered light with endless possibilities

In the juggernaut between the gurgling brook of ancient whispers
Of things that are and not yet
Calling us out through the forest
in an ancient home calling
Reaching through the veils of light

Who we are and what we perceive
Are vast in the forests of wonder
Let the veils fall open wide

AS the eagle lifts her wings
And leaps from the mountain ledges
She mounts upon the rising winds
Circling up and up, higher and higher
Into the vaults of heaven in sunlit splendor
She lowers her eyelids, her gift to gaze into the light
Up into the heart of the sun
Higher and higher she climbs
Circling until her heart but bursts
in the quickening light.

Full of light, she gazes upon the lands below.

Who are we to gaze in awestruck wonder
Through the portals of light
Swept up in the creating sparks
Out of the quantum fields
Into the grace of ecstatic sight

We are beings restored with a star child’s
Awareness to perceive the Oneing of Awe
Of dark and light reconciled within us.

Our capacity of awareness
Is beyond our belief
In the Awe of Being and knowing
Tasting the sweet honey of revelation
In the weaving threads of eternal light

We see things not as they are
But as we are
As Eternity is hidden in our hearts, tucked away.

Now's the time to open that portal in our hearts
That vortex at the center of our being
Evolving us into light

O may we become who we've always been
Before we were lost in the traumas of shattering darkness
May we heal in this restoring light
To be made whole as we've never been before
Between the worlds
In Eden's early light.
