We are a living creation in process. And we are waking up to that process.
I had my awakening when I was three and spent my whole life stuck in Closed Christian systems: Evangelical, Charismatic, and Liturgical. I became an expert mediator in class ceiling systems, using Scripture to prove each closed system right. But intuitively, I knew in my heart of hearts there was infinitely more than I was being told.
My Breaking Point
Stage 4 Lung Cancer broke me, literally, as my whole world came crashing in on me. Then I rediscovered the wellspring of my being. I had tasted, but never dwell there.
If that sounds familiar, it is. We are all going through an inner system collapse.
Our Inner Creation Is A Process
The systems we’ve been indoctrinated into are imploding as we are being thrust into our spiritual evolution, ready or not.
Our inner evolution is not determined by staying in or leaving systems; It’s defined by the Presence of our lives.
We are a creation in the process of becoming a new creation.
Your heart's meditations are weaving the threads of eternal light in the quantum field. Awareness determines everything that manifests within and around you. We are unbecoming so that we might become someone entirely new.
Transforming The Old With The Transcendent
We are casting off from our closed systems of certainty, sailing out into the seas and the clouds of unknowing and unmaking, discovering our co-creating with the Eternal. We are sailing into a whole new world of consciousness. There is no certainty in uncertainty. We are in uncharted waters.
But if we become awake and aware, Day by Day, as the shores of our old life passes away, we will knowingly engage in becoming a new creation.
What internal earthquake are you going through in your life? They all matter.

Every life, as with every evolutionary process, is unique. As a Spiritual Explorer, Here’s how I process.
I love integral because I can incorporate all the endless parts of myself into my evolution.
Meditation is my primary vehicle for moving from one state to another, while my older age has shifted my brain functions from particulars to wholeness, which is stinking awesome.
If you think you can run your spirituality on automatic, you can't. Here’s a quick look at our present day generally 'closed system' Meditation Practices:
Theravada Vipassana - insight meditation & metta practices
Zen - zazen, shikantaza, koan practices
Tibetan - samatha-vipashyana, tonglen, mahamudra, dzogchen practices
Vedic - breath, yoga, & meditation practices
Abrahamic - Christian, Jewish & Sufi meditation practices
Secular Nondual - direct awakening meditation practices
Mainstream/Secular - mindfulness & self-compassion practices
Neuroscience-Based - meditation practice and meditation research
You can spend a lifetime in each of these systems.
I love them all, as each has a limited scope. The axiom is true:
“All Mystics speak the same language.’ It’s of the heart, and it is Love.
How are you moving into and exploring transcendence? How are you integrating transcendence into your lives? How are you co-creating in your life with others? How are they co-creating you?
